Everything you share with me during your consultation is confidential. I will not share your personal information or the content of your conversations with third parties without your explicit consent.
Exceptions
Confidentiality does not apply if:
- your life or health or that of someone else is in immediate danger;
- the law obliges me to disclose the information (e.g. at the request of a court).
In such a case, I am obliged to contact the relevant authorities (e.g. ambulance, police) to ensure safety.
Data processing
- I will only use the information sent via the contact form and email to contact you and arrange a consultation.
- I retain the data for up to 12 months after the last meeting and keep it secure.
- Your data will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent.
- You have the right at any time to ask what data I hold about you and to request that it be deleted.
